Description: This combined synopsis and solicitation for a commercial item is prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All responses to this Solicitation/Request for Quotation (RFQ) must refer to Solicitation Number FA2543-04-Q-0006. This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS set-aside. The government intends to make a single award to the responsible offeror whose offer is the most advantageous to the government considering best price. Award will be made on an all or nothing basis.
