Description

The US Army Intelligence and Security Command, Fort Belvoir, VA announces its intentions to award a sole source purchase order under the Commercial Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) to Research Systems, Inc 4990 Pearl East Circle, Boulder CO 80 301 for the purchase of ENVI+ IDCl Unix floating license, item # 20UNXFLLIC, quantity = 3 each. All items will be delivered to INSCOM @Fort Belvoir, Virginia 22060. NO PRODUCT SUBSTITUTIONS OR EQUIVALENT PRODUCTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATI ON, OR A REQUEST FOR OFFERS. This is a Notice of Intent. Interested parties may identify their capability to respond to this requirement. All inquiries must be addressed in writing to Ms. Donna Broady, Contract Specialist, COMMANDER USAINSCOM, IAPC-DOC, 88 25 Beulah Street, Fort Belvoir, VA, facsimile number 703-428-4914, and email address dlbroad@inscom.army.mil. Responses to this notice must be received within (3) days of this electronic posting, no later than 20 February 2004 4:00 pm EST. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. This notice may represent the only official notice. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements. Telephone requests or inquiries will not be accepted.
