- The Kootenai National Forest is soliciting bids for vehicle maintenance and repair for fleet vehicles located at the Forest Supervisor's Office, and Libby and Three Rivers Ranger Districts.    Bidders shall be located within the commuting area.    One or more awards may be made.    Contract period is for one year with an option to renew the services for one to two additional years.<BR> <BR> This solicitation will not be advertised as an Invitation for Bids (IFB).    The solicitation will be advertised as a commercial item Request for Quotation (RFQ).
