- Description
- This posting is to notify all interested parties of the issuance of solicitation number DG133E-04-RP-0014, Engineering Mission Operations Support Services II (EMOSS II).    The U.S. Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Environmental Satellite, Data, and Information Service (NESDIS) Acquisition Management Division is issuing solicitation number DG133E-04-RP-0014.    The solicitation is attached with this posting in two formats: WordPerfect and Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF).    This is a cost-plus-award-fee type contract for spacecraft and ground system engineering support, engineering configuration management support, and support for future satellite programs.    The requirement contains a base years consisting of twelve months and four option years consisting of twelve months each.    There will be a Phase-In period prior to the commencement of the Base Year.    The Phase-In period will consist of two months.    There will be a Phase-Out period that will occur the last two months of the last year of the contract.    The NAICS code is 541330 and the size standard is $4 mil.    This is not a small business set-aside. PLEASE READ THE SOLICITATION THOROUGHLY.    Section C contains the Statement of Work.    Section F.5 identifies the contract deliverables.
