Description

OFFICE SPACE WANTED BY THE U.S. GOVERNMENT The General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approximately 16,545 BOMA useable square feet (approximately 19,027 rentable square feet) of office space contiguous on a single floor (first floor highly desirable), within the area of Salinas, CA set out below. The leaseable space must yield a minimum of 16,545 BOMA usable square feet to a maximum of 17,372 BOMA usable square feet, for use by the Social Security Administration. Occupancy is desired as soon as possible, and proposals for new construction including build-to-suit opportunities will be strongly considered. Area of consideration: City of Salinas, CA within the following delineated area: North: Alvin Drive East: North & South Main Street South: West Acacia West: U.S. Highway 101 & Davis Road First class office space in a quality modern office building which meets or is capable of meeting the Government’s requirements, including outside of flood plain, seismic safety and handicapped access, is solicited. The lease term will be for 15 years, 10 years firm. Expressions of interest should include the building name or site location address, and square feet (expressed as both rentable square feet and usable square feet).
