Description

Contractor to provide all parts, materials, labor, supervision, test equipment, technical manuals and transportation necessary to perform preventive maintenance on various manufacturer(s) government-owned sterilizers and washers for the period April 1, 2004 thru September 30, 2004 with two (2) one year renewal options. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. All request for bid must be made in writing referencing solicitation 506-44-04.
