- A site visit will be held on 09 Mar 04. NOTE: Site visit is MANDATORY for having quotes considered for award. Interested offerors should notify Capt Paul Winka by email if they would like to attend. Initial meeting point will be inside the Spangdahlem AB Passbuero no later than 1345. Listed below is all the information available for now. Further details will be provided at the site visit. Parts and materials for shelves and storage area within a building. Installation of shelves and storage area within a building. Contractor will provide materials, labor, and tools needed to construct 22 of 3 tier shelves at the 606 ACS Mobility Processing/Storage Facility. Each shelf must be able to hold 4000Kg. Contractor will provide materials, labor, and tools to construct storage areas within the facility, 5x11x3m with a 2.5x2.5m sliding door in the center.
