Description

Cultus Lake Boat Ramp, Access Road and Parking Area: Offers are being sought for the reconstruction of a new double boat launch and the reconstruction of the parking area and access road to launch site. Work consists of demolition and removal of existing boat launch, dredging, constructing a new, cast-in-place, double boat launch, pre-cast planks; erosion control devices, clearing, aggregate, riprap, hot mix asphalt and pavement striping. Project is located in Deschutes County Oregon on the Bend/Ft Rock Ranger District. It is anticipated that the work will be performed in two phases with Phase I being the parking area and access road beginning on or about May 12, 2004; and Phase II being the boat launch shall not begin prior to September 7, 2004. All in-stream work is limited to the period of July 1st through November 30th. Both phases shall be completed not later than November 30, 2004. Estimated price range is $250,000 to $500,000. Bid bond in the amount of 20 percent of the total bid price is required with offer. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. NAICS 237990. This solicitation will be uploaded to www.fedbizopps.gov on or about 3/8/2004.
