Description: PRONs: AX4F0132AX, NSN: 3040-01-158-9660, PN: 70400-08155-053, Quantity: 478/2,578 each min/max five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to the UH-60 Airframe. F.O.B. Origin with deliveries to New Cumberland, P A. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 478 each, 338 Days After Contract Award (DACA). The First Article Test Report is due 240 DACA. This is a Small Business Set-Aside that is limited to those small businesses, which are approved. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333613 and number of employees is 500. This is a Critical Safety Item. This item is restricted to Alro Machine Tool & Die Co., Inc., Cage Code 1K556, TEK Precision Co. Ltd., Cage Code 65780, and Ai r Industries Machining Corp., Cage Code 8L513 because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing know ledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
