Description

The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southern Division, is currently performing market research for possible future acquisitions for the Naval Support Activity. We are soliciting information from industry to assist in determining the type of business firms capable of performing the work identified. The scope of work includes all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to provide grounds maintenance, pest control, and street sweeping services in accordance with contract requirements at the Naval Support Activity, Panama City, FL by means of a combination firm fixed-price and indefinite quantity contract. We have prepared a Market Survey located on our website at http://www.esol.navfac.navy.mil/. Any resultant contract or contracts will have a performance period that includes a base year with four option years. The contract type(s) will be a combination firm fixed-price and indefinite quantity. The NAICS for the procurement(s) is 561730, with a size standard of $6 Million. This is not a request for proposals and no solicitation is available at this time. The Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. A more comprehensive description of the requirement will be provided with the market survey, as well as instructions for submission of the survey itself. The due date for responses is MARCH 18, 2004.
