The following modifications are being made to HSARPA BAA 04-02: Detection Systems for Radiological and Nuclear Countermeasure.<BR> <BR> 1)&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspPage 21: The white paper registration deadline has been extended to February 27, 4:00 p.m. EST.<BR> <BR> 2)&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspPage 25: The page limit of Volume II of the proposal is 50 pages.<BR> <BR> 3)&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspPages 10, 11: References to Section 7.4.1 in ANSI N42.34 are incorrect.
