Description

Solicitation DTCG84-04-R-AA1073 for A76 Standard Competition at USCG Academy, New London CT, to provide public works and facilities maintenance services, will be available on or about 19 February 2004 at Coast Guard website http:www.uscg.mil/mlclant/fdiv/fdiv.html.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspThe Academy contains approximately 110 acres, of which about 90 acres are landscaped.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspThe Academy has 27 buildings and major structures including piers and waterfront structures totaling approximately 1,324,000 square feet.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspThe facilities are required for the academic, military, social and athletic programs to support the Corps of Cadets and the Leadership Development Center.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspThe solicitation closing date is set for 24 May 2004, at 4:00PM (local).&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspThis acquisition will be a 100% small business set-aside; NAICS code is 561210, size standard $30M.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspThis solicitation is a result of formal A76 standard competition announcement posting at FedBizOps on September 10, 2003, and all modifications, thereto.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspIf there are any questions regarding accessing website contact Reginald Henderson, Contract Specialist, at (757)628-4129.
