Description: Contractor shall furnish all equipment, operating fuel, lubricants, transportation, and other items and incidentals necessary to perform roadside vegetation control on an "as-needed" requirements-type basis.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspWork sites shall be located in Polk, McMinn, and Monroe counties, Cherokee N.F., TN. Work includes, but is not limited to: mowing, which consists of cutting all vegetation 3 inches in diameter and less for a distance of 7 feet from the edge of the roadbed; and brushing, which consists of cutting all vegetation 4 inches in diameter and less for a distance of 14 feet from the edge of the roadbed. Work requires an articulated boom.
