Description

SUPPLIES SOURCES SOUGHT.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspThe National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Weather Service (NWS), National Logistics Support Center (NLSC) has a requirement for fifty (50) each cable assemblies, multiple, High Voltage, coaxial, NWS P/N 2210002-201, Caton Connector P/N SKMH021996; NSN:&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp5995-01-431-3318, ASN:&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspR400-3W900 and fifty (50) each cable assemblies, P/N SHC 22210002-202, Caton P/N SKMH022096, NSN: 5995-01-431-3312, ASN: R400-3W901.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspDrawing No. 2210002 is approved for public release.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspThe Government knows of only one (1) source that can provide these items.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspThe source is Caton Connector Corporation 26 Wapping Road, Kingston, MA&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp02364.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspThe Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one (1) source under the authority of FAR 6.302.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspThis notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspHowever, all proposals received within 45 days after the date of publication of this synopsis may be considered by the Government.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspA determination by the Government to restrict competition for this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspInformation received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspIn order to be considered, firms must furnish detailed information concerning their capability to provide these products.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspSuch information shall include at a minimum: name; telephone number and point of contact; ability to provide the above referenced lubricating oil product specifications and the names and telephone numbers of firms to whom this product or similar products have been previously provided.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspThe applicable NAICS code is 334220.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspRequests may be faxed to (816) 426-7530.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspAfter this date, NO award can be made unless the vender is registered in CCR.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspFor additional information and to register in CCR please access the following web site: http://www.ccr.gov/.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspIn order to register with the CCR and to be eligible to receive an award from this acquisition office, all offerors must have a Dun & Bradstreet Number.
