Description: Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with Brechtel Manufacturing, Inc. for support of&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspNOAA Pacific Marine Environmental Laboratory(PMEL), Joint Institute for the Study of Atmosphere and Ocean (JISAO)&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspscientists in the design, manufacture and testing of an aerosol inlet for the NOAA WD-P3.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspThe inlet is required for aerosol optical measurements during the New England Air Quality Study (NEAQS) to be conducted from July through Aug 2004. This notice may represent the only official notice. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $50,000.00.
