Description

Provide bus tdransportation from Camp Buckner, West Point, NY to Fort Knox, KY and return trips.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspThe schedule is as follows: 12 July 2004, approximately 165 personnel from Camp Buckner to Fort Knox; 13 July 2004, approximately 495 personnel from Cam p Buckner to Fort Knox; 18 July 2004, approximately 165 personnel from Fort Knox to Camp Buckner; 19 July 2004, approximately 495 personnel from Fort Knox to Camp Buckner; 23 July 2004, approximately 165 personnel from Camp Buckner to Fort Knox; 24 July 20 04, approximately 495 personnel from Camp Buckner to Fort Knox; 29 July 2004, approximately 165 personnel from Fort Knox to Camp Buckner; and 30 July 2004, approximately 495 personnel from Fort Knox to Camp Buckner.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspBus capacity must be a minimum of 55 se ats which would include 35% increased baggage capacity and have a 1,200 mile fuel range without refueling.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspBuses musst be equipped with A/C, restroom, and TV/VCR.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspDriver relief required after ten (10) hours.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspBus supervisor will be required at all depart ures.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspAll tolls to be included in quoted prices.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspTo be eligible for award, offerors must be MTMC approved bus firms and be registered in the Contral Contractor Registry (CCR).&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspRequest for Quotations (RFQ) W911SD-04-T-0097 will be issued on or about 23 F ebruary 2004 with offers due by 10 March 2004.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspCopies of the solicitation may be requested from the Contract Specialist via e-mail or facsimile.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspSee Numbered Note 1.
