Note 26 applies.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspNSN 5990-01-411-8548, P/N 12919478.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspProcurement is presented as Full and Open competition for 33 each of Lever, Manual Control.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspThere is no option associated with this procurement.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspItem consists of Housing PN 12283299, Transforme r and Contact Assy PN 12919481, Rod PN 12283300, Retainer PN 12283254, Spring PN 12283298, Plate PN 12283165, Bearing PN 12919398, Spacer PN 12283301 and assorted screws, washers and pins.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspSuggested source of supply for transformer and contact assembly on&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspprint is Kavlico Corp, CAGE 22863.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspFirst Article Test required includes inspection and testing 2 each PN 12919478 in accordance with(IAW) drawing requirement, 2 each PN 12919481 inspect and test IAW drawing and QAP requirements and preproduction requirem ents of spec: 10237-3304, 2 ea PN 12283299 and PN 12283300 and other components inspect to drawing and QAP requirements.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspAll or part of this action is an unfunded FY2004 requirement.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspEstimated issue date of solicitation is 9 March 2004.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspThis solicitatio n incorporates a Technical Data Package (TDP) that can be ordered via our internet site AFTER solicitation release.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspVendors successfully completing ordering process will have a TDP CD-ROM sent to them via surface mail.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspThis solicitatio will be issued ele ctronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided.
