Description

See Numbered Note 2.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspThis requirement is for the acquisition of test facility technology for Missile Scale Hypersonic Wind Tunnel. This effort will utilize a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee, Level of Effort Contract.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspThe intent is to use a one year contract, w ith four option years.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspAs the incumbent contractor for a revolutionary idea, MSE, inc., has pursued since fiscal year 1998, MSE, Inc., located at P. O. Box 4078, Butte, MT (406)494-7100 is the only source capable of providing this effort.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspAll responsible&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspsources may submit a proposal or quotation which shall be considered.
