Title:&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspMarket Research for Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) of Airborne Reconnaissance Low-Multifunction (ARL-M) Prime Mission Equipment (PME) Description:&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspTHIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspGovWorks, on behalf of Product Manager Airborne Reconnaissance Low (PM ARL), is seeking sources and information for CLS of the PME associated with the ARL-M aircraft.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspCLS shall include all supplies, mission related consumable materials, and services necessary to maintain the system.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspThe ARL PME consists of all prime and subsystem electronics (to include, but not be limited to, Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), Moving Target Indicator (MTI) Radar, Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), Communications, and Communications Intelligence (COMINT)), Government Furnished Property (GFP) voice communications transceivers installed in the mission racks, GFP Remote Control Units (RCUs) installed in cockpit, interfaces to COMSEC/CCI and mission antennas (including interfaces to PME antennas; assistance shall be provided to aircraft CLS maintainer with antenna replacement and repair).&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspCLS support shall be in accordance with applicable Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) procedures, using Military Standards (MIL-STD) as guidelines, and shall include all supplies, and services necessary to maintain the system equipment and support.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspRespondents shall be responsible for maintaining liaison with US Army officials and shall perform in accordance with all regulations and directives applying to civilian and/or contractor employees.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspA Technical Data Package and Technical Data relative to the PME will not be provided by the Government.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspRespondents are requested to provide:&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp1.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspDescription of the processes and procedures to providing rapid response and timely CLS support in Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) based locations;&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp2.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspDescription of existing capabilities (personnel, skills, security clearances (to include facility), and equipment) or projected capabilities with methods to obtain the capabilities to include, but not be limited to, establishing associate contractor agreements in support of equipment and subsystems;&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp3.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspMaturity of the capabilities with any supporting data to support maturity claims;&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp4.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspCost and schedule information to perform the efforts over a base period of one (1) year with options years not to exceed four (4) years;&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp5.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspProgrammatic, Technical and Cost point of contact information.
