Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items:&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspHFSS Software Maintenance.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp1) OPT_N, Quantity 2 each.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp2) HFSS_MN, Quantity 2 each.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp3) OPT_MN, Quantity 2 each.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp4) ANSTD_MN, Quantity 1 each.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspThis requirement is sole sourced to Ansoft Corporation, fort Station Square, Suite 200, Pittsburgh, PA&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp15219 due to unique characteristics.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspAny firms believing that they can provide the HFSS Software Maintenance may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspIt must clearly show the firm?s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the service without causing programmatic hardship.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspRespond to Kris McVay, by mail to NAWCWPNS, Code 220000D, 429 E.
