Description

General Services Administration (GSA) shall issue a Request for Quotations for caferteria services.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspConractor shall provide all management, equipment, operating equipment, labor, materials and supplies to operate full service cafeteria at the Jacob K. Javits Federal Building, New York, NY.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspBuilding population approximately 6000.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspOperation includes full breakfast, morning coffee break, lunch, and afternoon coffee break.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspOperation to include grill, hot entr?e, deli, salad bar, full breakfast and lunch.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspEstimated average daily sales of $3,069.00 dollars.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspAverage daily patronage of approximately 1,167 persons.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspGovernment receives payment - in lieu of rent 1-1/2 percent.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspGovernment contemplates 5 year base contract with 2 five year options.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspRequest for Quotations will be considered from all responsible sources.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspRFQ is expected to be issued on or about February 19, 2004, through Government-wide Point of Entry (FEDBIZOPPS).&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspRFQ will be posted on GPE.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspResponses&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspto RFQ due at&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp4:30 PM Tuesday March 23, 2004.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspAll questions regarding RFQ must be submitted by e-mail to vickie.sawyer@gsa.gov no later than March 09, 2004 no telephone inquiries will be accepted.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspRFQ issued under the authority of FAR 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items.<BR> <BR> <BR>
