Description

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approximately 21,275 rentable sq.ft. of space to yield 18,500 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of space.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspOccupancy date preferred is May 1, 2005 or earlier if possible. New construction will also be considered. Lease term: 20 years, 10 years firm.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspSpace must be located in the following delineated area:&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspBeginning at an Area bounded NORTH; MLK BLVD, EAST; by 75, SOUTH; Madison /Progress Avenue, and the WEST; Bayshore Road to 14. Unique Requirements:&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspSpace offered must be in the same building and contiguous.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspSpace offered must have potential for efficient layout, e.g. Column spacing of at least 30 feet; No atriums or other areas interrupting contiguous space; no extremely long narrow runs of space; no irregular space configurations or other unusual building features adversely affecting usage will be considered.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspThe Government requires a fully serviced lease with adequate employee parking for 34 employees on site or within 200 feet of building.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspIF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN THIS PROJECT AND DESIRE TO HAVE A PROPERTY INSPECTED, LOCATED WITHIN THE DELINEATED AREA ONLY, PLEASE COMPLETE THE INFORMATION AND CONTACT 770-424-8536 not later than March 1, 2004 by 6:00 pm EST. ** WE ANTICIPATE WE WILL SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT FOR 03/09/04.<BR>
