Description

This is Phase I of a 2-phase project.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspPhase I:&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspProvide upgrade of all major components of HVAC system, including a main air handling unit, an air-cooled condenser, two oil-fired boilers, two general exhaust fans serving two existing restrooms.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspElectrical demolition includes disconnecting power from removed HVAC equipment and connecting the new HVAC equipment.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspIncludes&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspdemolition and replacement of all office and laboratory doors and frames opening into corridor.
