Provide all labor, material and install utilities, walk-way, and remove boulders prior to installation of modular buildings (5 trailers), and reset boulders after installation (trailers to be located in front of buildings 9203 and 9204), Fort Benning , Georgia.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspUnrestricted, firm fixed price construction type contract, under the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspThe estimated magnitude will be between $10,000 and $30,000.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspSolicitation will be issued on or about 13 February 2004 and w ill be available, at no cost for downloading at the Army Single Face to Industry Website (http://acquisition.army.mil/) or the Fort Benning website (http://www.benning.army.mil/doc).&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspIt is the offeror's responsibility to check the website daily for any an d all amendments to this solicitation.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspThe point of contact for this action is Shirley Williams, Contract Specialist, (706) 545-7341, E-mail (williamss@benning.army.mil).&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspBidders are reminded that you must be registered and currently active with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (http://www.ccr.gov) to be eligible for award.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspThe bids must be received in this office no later than 2:30 p.m. (EST), 19 February 2004.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspThis requirement is Unrestricted, FOB Destination, Fort Benning, Georgia.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspAll responsi ble sources may submit a response which, if timely received, must be considered by this Agency.
