Description

The Center for Domestic Preparedness, 61 Responder Drive, PO Box 5100, Anniston, AL 36205 will issue a Request for Proposals for Operation and Maintenance Services of the administrative, general training and dormitory facilities. Functions within the scope of work include: Management, Student Support, Lodging Services, Transportation, Access Control, Facilities/Buildings Maintenance, Repair of Equipment, Pest Control, Janitorial Services, Recycling, Grounds Maintenance, Mail Distribution/Shipping/ Receiving, Renovation and Upgrade Projects and Student Lounge Services. Performance start date will be September 1, 2004. This acquisition is set-aside for Small Business. The resulting contract will be cost-plus-award fee with a base year and four 12-month option periods. The RFP will be made available to all interested parties through posting to FEDBIZOPS, 15 days after publication of this notice. Thirty days from the date of posting of the RFP will be allowed for submission of all proposals. Site visit date will be identified in the RFP. All reasonable small businesses may propose and shall be considered by the Center for Domestic Preparedness, Department of Homeland Security. Any request for information must be in writing and e-mailed to Deborah.Noojin@dhs.gov. All requests must contain the company's full name, company size, address, fax number, name of individual requesting the information and telephone numbers.
