Description

NAICS: 561710-PEST CONTROLLER SERVICES at the NF/SGVHS, Malcom Randall VAMC, 1601 SW Archer Road, Gainesville, Florida is soliciting proposals for services to include but are not limited to the planning, development, management, operations and maintenance for pest control and removal at or on the medical center properties. These services involve applications of pesticides, trapping and/or removal of pests. This medical center has approximately 869,671 square feet of space to maintain. Services are required to begin April 1, 2004 through September 30, 2004 with four, one-year options for renewal. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business concerns. This solicitation is issued in accordance with the commercial item format in FAR 12.303. All offers to this request (573-024-04) must be in hard copy, no faxes accepted.
