Description

This is a synopsis for a commercial acquisition (Reference FAR Part 12 and 13). The requirement is to provide Occupational Health Dynamics or technically equal Brand for: SLM CK: 408 Outdoor Measurement kit 4 ea, ZL: 450 50m Microphone cable 4 ea, CB-400 Spare Rechargeable Battery 4 ea and SLM CK: 831B Measurement Kit 4 ea. Supplies will be delivered to Patrick AFB, FL 30 days ARO. The government intends to make a single award to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. This proposed procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-aside. Solicitation No. FA2521-04-T-0101 will be issued as a Request for Quotation. It is advertised with a Standard Industrial Code (SIC) of 5047, business size of 500 employees and a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 423450. All current GSA Schedule holders for this item/service are encouraged to provide us with their GSA Schedule number. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 24 FEB 2004 at www.eps.gov . Proposals may be submitted via hard copy, fax (321-494-2706), or e-mail. NO HARD COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY REASON. Anticipated award date will be on or around 27 FEB 2004.
