Description

Note 22 applies. The Government intends to purchase nine (9) Prime Image dual channel time base correctorjs/synchronizers from an authorized small business dealer. The units purchased will replace existing units already installed in existing systems that have limited rack space and require a dual unit containing two time base correctors in one frame. Other key features are S-Video inputs nd outputs looping or independent genlock capability, and transcoded input signal to all outputs. Larger units requiring additional rack space are not an option. Offers from all responsible sources will be considered.
