Description

This requirement is to provide commissioning services for several projects, which constitute the renovation of the Pentagon, and other DoD facilities in the National Capitol Region (NCR). Commissioning activities span the entire life of the project, from planning through design and construction, and into occupancy. The Government contemplates award of an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type contract with a base year and seven (1) year options as a result of this solicitation. NAICS code for this acquisition is 541330. Release date of the solicitation is on or about March 8, 2004. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued electronically. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it directly to their workstation. Hard copies of the RFP will not be mailed out to contractors.
