Description

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound (FISCPS) is soliciting for a service contract in support of Naval Station Everett, COMNAVREGNW Port Operations, and SUPSHIP for crane rental, crane operators, riggers, and all ancillary equipment necessary to perform crane operations at Seattle, WA, Piers/Terminals, Naval Station Everett, Smokey Point, and Jim Creek Radio Station. Period of performance: one base year with four option years. The commercial solicitation will be issued on or about 21 March 2004 with a closing date of 5 April 2004. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government anticipates awarding and Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity type contract. The Government may make a split award. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by FISCPS. The solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: http://www.neco.navy.mil. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for amendments. The government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. No telephone or fax requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or faxed. Electronic submission of proposals/quotes is not available at this time.
