Description

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) proposes to enter into a sole source, commercial item contract with Schindler Elevator Corporation, 12000 Indian Creek Court, Suite C, Beltsville, Maryland, for maintenance of Schindler elevators installed in the NRC’s Two White Flint North Building. The period of performance will be from May 6, 2004 to May 5, 2005, with four, one-year options. Schindler Elevator Corporation developed the proprietary software for the program analysis and diagnostics on the elevators and is the only known qualified source possessing the knowledge and expertise to perform the required work. A solicitation document does not exist. All responsible sources can respond. Written responses should provide evidence of the respondent’s capability to perform the required services.
