- Presolicitation Notice Date Submitted: 20-FEB-2004 OC-ALC/LPDPB DIR CONTRACTING/PROPULSION 3001 STAFF DR STE 2AE1/106C TINKER AIR FORCE BASE OK 73145-3032 28—TURBINE ROTOR BLADE. This is a sources sought synopsis for the item listed below. This is not a request for proposal. The item is being considered for inclusion on contract F34601-99-D-2000. This is a long-term requirements type contract with General Electric. The contract consists of sole source items. The item listed below is currently sole source. However, qualification requirements may have been established for this item. Qualification requirements: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. Engineering Source approval is required. NSN: 2840-01-512-2274 P/N: 1499M23P12 Noun: Turbine Rotor Blade The above item is managed by Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center. If additional sources become qualified before an item is added to the contract, the item will not be added. If a source becomes qualified after the item has been added to the contract, the next option will not be exercised and the item will be allowed to fall off the contract. .
