Description

THIS ACQUISITION IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. Work consists of, but is not limited to, furnishing all plant, labor, material and equipment necessary to remove and dispose of approximately 100,000 cubic yards of dredged material, other than ledge rock, from the Rochester, NY Harbor in strict accordance with the plans and specifications. Dredged material, will be disposed of either in the Government-furnished disposal area (open lake)and/or the Contractor furnished/Government Approved disposa l area. NAICS 234990 BOND REQUIREMENTS: Bid Bond - 20% of the bid price; Performance Bonds - 100% of the contract price; Payment Bonds - 100% of the contract price. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES: A rate of approximately $800.00 per calendar day for each day of delay.
