Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Therefore, this synopsis shall serve as a request for quotation, numbered F05604-03-T-0039. The soliciation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC)2001-15. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 492210, size standard $21.5 million dollars. The government intends to issue a purchase order (base) with four option years for Courier Service for Peterson AFB CO and Schriever AFB CO (service to begin Jun 04). Please acknowledge all requirements on quotations.
