Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, propo sals being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. We have a requirement for the following Apogee Laboratories equipment: 4 each MITC Falcon Communications & Recording Multiplexer & Demultiplexer, 5” Chassis provides 17 module slot s, RS-232 remote control and front panel controls, with 130 watt power supply PN 4301, 4 each Pack2: Packetizer, TTL & PDI I/F PN 2024, 4 each DEPAK2: Depacketizer, TTL & PDI I/F PN 2025, 2 Each DS31F: T3 Interface, Input and Output PN 2026, ESMI: 10/100 B astT Ethernet Support Module PN 2107, 2 Each 10/100 BastT Ethernet Link Interface Unit PN 2330, 4 Each TAI1: 4 Channel Time and Audio Mux Input PN 2021, 4 Each TAO1: 4 Channel Time and Audio Demux Output PN 2022, 20 Each MUX9: 2 Channel Mux Input PN 2016, 20 Each DEMUX9: 2 Channel Demux Output PN 2017, 2 Each OC3IF: OC3/STS3 Interface, Input and Output, SC, Single mode PN 2035, 2 Each Basic Interface Converter Unit, 3.5” Chassis, 2 LEDs per channel, switches on every other channel PN 2073-012, 2 Each P luggable Redundant Power Supply (all chassis after Serial Number 400) PN 2073-881, 24 Each IOC002: (1) TTL BNC in/ (3) TTL BNC out PN 2073-111-IOC002, we will only except equipment manufactured by Apogee Laboratories. Delivery must be 90 Days or less ARO. This requirement is set-aside 100% for small business. The applicable NAICS code is 334220 with a size standard of 750 employees. Inspection and acceptance shall be destination. We prefer to make payment by VISA credit card. If you do not accept VISA, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration http://www.ccr.gov/. Award shall be made to the technically acceptable, low price proposal. From the federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the following provisions and clauses are applicable to this solicitation: FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.219-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52,222-36, 52.222-37, 52.232-33, and 52.232-36.
