Description

This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items: 0001- 50 Inch Plasma Mfg Phillips P/N PHI-50FD995, 3 Each, or equal 0002- Key Digital Flash Matrix BGA-video Switcher w/ Expansion Module, 1 Ea, or equal 0003- SpeakerCraft 8-Channel Amplifier w/ Easy Six Pre-Amp, 1 Ea, or equal 0004- Middle Atlantic Equipment Rack, 1 Ea, or equal 0005- SpeakerCraft Dual Voice Coil in-ceiling Speakers, 8 ea, or equal 0006- Installation, wiring, and setup for as many as 6 Plasma screens to operate in unison and separately, sound system, misc. FOB: Destination for delivery to BLDG 430 Sheppard AFB, TX 76311-2935 This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ FU3CMP404902. This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. North American Industrial Classification Standard 334310 , Size Standard, 750 Emp, applies to this procurement. IAW FAR 252.204-7004, all firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. Quotes will be evaluated on price related factors only.
