Description

Work consists of furnishing all labor, supplies, materials, supervision, transportation, and equipment required for the repair of HVAC and lighting in various facilities at Nellis AFB, NV. Work includes modifying or replacing existing HVAC and lighting to more efficient systems in various facilities, replacing existing chillers in facility #423, desigining a new HVAC system for facility #826, providing high-efficiency heating systems (boilers) in facilities #617 and 328, modifying existing lighting systems and providing new T-8 lights and electronic ballast in several facilities, installing Direct Digital Controls (DDC) in several facilities, and the removal and disposal of hazardous materials as necessary. The performance period is 180 calendar days. The estimated dollar value is this project is between $1.000.000 and $3,000,000.
