Description
REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 6,860 rentable square feet yielding 5,965 usable square feet of contiguous office and related space in the Ft. Lauderdale, Florida area. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or new construction. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located in the Ft. Lauderdale, Florida area within the following delineated area: NORTH: No further than Commercial Boulevard, Tamrac, FL, SOUTH: I-595, Sunrise, FL and Plantation, FL, EAST: I-95, Sunrise, FL, WEST: Saw Grass Expressway, Sunrise, FL. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. On-site parking is required per local code and ordinance with a minimum of 20 surface parking spaces provided on- site. Space must be ready for occupancy by December 1, 2003 or sooner. LEASE TERM: Term is 10 years, 5 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges, after 5 years. OWNERS/AGENTS: To submit a location for inspection, please contact the following office.
