Description

The Amarillo VA Health Care System is soliciting Architecture/Engineering services for the design of an addition to our Nursing Home Care Unit to accomodate a multipurpose room and modifications to the existing patient wing to create an Alzheimers unit. Work will include all Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical design for the addition and renovation of the adjacent area and a new patient monitoring/access system. The total estimated construction cost is $250,000 - $500,000. The A/E design firm must have an active production office within a 300 mile radius of Amarillo, Texas. Potential offerors meeting the geographical limitations and having the design qualifications to perform the services described herein are invited to respond by submitting three (3) copies of the SF 254 & SF 255 with cover letter. Submissions are due not later than March 31. 2004, 10:00am CST. NOTE: SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS. This solicitation is set-aside for 100% small business concern.
