- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a firm-fixed price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract for up to 57 each High Power Amplifiers (HPAs) used on the USQ-113(V)3 Radio Counter Measure Sets. This procurement is the final buy-out of these units and will be delivered to destinations identified in the delivery orders. The Government does not own a Technical Data Package suitable for a full and open competition of this requirement. The Navy intends to issue a contract on a sole source basis to DRS Signal Solutions (West). This synopsis is for informational purposes only. See numbered Note 22.
