Description

The Government has intentions of contracting with McDonnell Douglas Corp (76301) for 5 each of 5945-01-252-7035, P/N 68A810354-1003. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of February 19, 2004 at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Since it is anticipated that the terms and conditions of McDonnell Douglas’ BOA F09603-02-G-0001 will be used, a formal RFP was not issued. However, all responsible sources may submit a proposal for the approved parts, McDonnell Douglas (76301) P/N 68A810354-1003, which will be considered. The letter RFP opens on February 19, 2004 and closes at 1:00 p.m. on March 22, 2004. The solicitation is for 5 each Relay Assemblies to be delivered in 270 days, and includes a 100% quantity option ( 5 each) and price breaks covering quantities of 1 to 9. The FOB point and Inspection and Acceptance points are Origin. See Numbered Notes 12, 22, and 26
