- Provide all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment, services, and all incidental items necessary to remove and replace existing air handle units (AHU) 1, and 4, Drive Units at building 131, Schofield Barracks, Island of Oahu, Hawaii. To includ e demo of existing AHU 1, and 4 Drive Units; Install New Motor, Pulley, and Fly Wheel; Install New VFD System to match new motor; Install new duct system to four rooms; and Service 2 each AHU and test operation. Modified two-step process also termed C3 (c ustomer, Contracting, and Commerce) process will be utilized as the procurement method. All interested contractors are required to attend the site visit scheduled on February 26, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. Hawaii Standard Time at Bldg 131, Schofield Barracks, Haw aii. You are required to notify Robert Batangan no later than February 25, 2004 of your interest in attending the site visit by e-mail at Robert.Batangan@shafter.army.mil. Please indicate in your e-mail if you had attended previous industry forum briefin g.
