- In accordance with the procedures specified in the revised OMB Circular A-76 (Attachment B, B.1), dated May 29, 2003, this notification represents the formal public announcement and official start date of a streamlined competition on the commercial activity functions characterized as Printing Services performed at the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), in Atlanta, Georgia and in two other CDC locations in Hyattsville, Maryland and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. These services are currently being performed by Government personnel which include 8 full time equivalents (FTE). CDC does not intend to issue a solicitation. The Competitive Sourcing Official (CSO) is Dr. Edward Sontag, the Contracting Officer (CO) is Dale DeFilipps, and the Agency Tender Official (ATO) is Alvin Hall. This streamlined study is expected to be completed within 90 days of this announcement.
