Description
Sources sought for the Sweater, Man?s Pull-over V Neck Blue #1594 (Coast Guard). This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside buy for a minimum quantity of 2,162 and a maximum quantity of 3,604. There will be three deliveries per order (720 each delivery/240 per month) and a base year and 4 option years. This is a Best Value solicitation using the Evaluation Factors of Product Demonstration Model (PDM) and Past Performance. The destination of SNT (New Cumberland, Pa.) will be utilized. This buy will utilize Inspection and Acceptance at origin and FOB Destination. The National Stock Number (NSN) is 8405-01-445-6907. The first delivery order is due 90 days after award. Request written quotation. Target award date is 13 February 2005. End item specification number is PD/AESC 86-1 Ammendment 2, 30 May 1992. There is no pattern for this item.
