Description

Watershed improvement project. Contractor to furnish all labor, materials (except those designated as Government-furnished), transportation, services, equipment, and supplies in order to perform all work as described for this project. Contractor to furnish, deliver, and install 6 each, 20-foot diameter, 5-foot high, 10,000-gallon capacity steel water storage reservoirs with gravel pads. Contractor to construct approximately 100 linear feet of 1" Scheduled 40 PVC water line at each storage reservoir. PVC will be furnished by the government. Water line is to connect the aforementioned storage reservoirs with troughs. Burial depth is a minimum of 24". Contractor to also install one government-furnished trough at each of the storage reservoirs. All valves, valve boxes, float valves, valve protectors, unions, check valves, pressure reducing valve reducers and fittings necessary to complete the hookup to troughs is to be furnished and installed by contractor. All hardware to be 1" diameter galvanized. Period of Performance is estimated to be 90 calendar days. All reservoir locations are within 20 miles northwest of Coyote, NM. All are accessible via Forest Service roads.
