- The Government intends to solicit TriState Distribution, Inc., of Spencer, TN., on an Other Than Full and Open Competition basis, for the supply of specialized closures (prescription bottle caps). The resultant award will be a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) citing the terms and conditions of the over-arching Federal Supply Schedule held by that vendor. SEE NOTE 22.
