Description

The Air Force intends to award a purchase order for NON-PERSONAL SERVICES to furnish all labor, tools, parts, materials, services, transportation and incidentals necessary to perform Preventative and Remedial Maintenance on two (2) Fuji Radiographic Film Processors and their support equipment located in buildings 2211 and 3001 at Tinker AFB OK. The period of performance will commence on 05 March 04 through 04 February 05. A Firm-Fixed Price type contract is contemplated. The estimated award date is no later than than 05 March 04. Central Contractor Registration is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. NOTE: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
