Description

Provide lodging for military personnel. A request for quotations (RFQ) will be issued. The RFQ number is W911S8-04-Q-0004. Simplified acquisition procedures will be utilized for this procurement. The period of performance begins 11 May 2004 thru 26 August 2004. Requirements are as follows: Provide lodging for 4 groups of military personnel. The size of the groups ranges from 287 personne l to a maximum of 3739 personnel. This requirement is unrestricted. NAICS code: 72111, Hotel (except casinos) and Motels. Telephonic requests will not be accepted. All requests for this solicitation must be faxed to Ms. Sharon Hastings at (253) 967-2772 or e-mailed to sharon.hastings@lewis.army.mil, (email is preferred) providing the business size, Dun & Bradstreet number and CAGE code. In order to receive an award from the Department of the Army, a contractor shall be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). All faxed requests must include an e-mail address. When issued, the solicitation will be available by downloading from the Directorate of Contracting web site at http://www.lewis.army.mil/doc. The estimated issue date for this solicita tion is 16 March 2004.
