Description

The Naval Air Systems Command-Aircraft Division (NAVAIR-AD) has a requirement for program management professional support services. The proposed contract will include a five-year base period. An Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract, with Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Cost Plus Incentive Fee (CPIF), Cost Plus Award Fee (CPAF) and Time and Materials (T&M) task orders, is anticipated. Multiple awards are expected. The standard industrial classification (SIC) code is 8711. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541330. The draft solicitation was issued on 18 June 2003. Industry Day was held on 9 July 2003. The first round of questions were posted on 15 July 2003. The second round of questions were posted on 5 August 2003. The final solicitation will be available at http://www.navair.navy.mil/doing_business/open_solicitations within 5 working days. It is the potential offeror's responsibility to monitor these sites for the release of any amendments. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted.
