- Description
- The National Institute of Standards & Technology (NIST) has a requirement to perform services for the Spectrophotometric Measurements of Wavelength Standards, Neutral Density Filters, Diffusers, and Mirrors. A Performance Work Statement (PWS), along with terms and conditions and full instructions, will be included in the solicitation document, which can be accessed in accordance with instructions provided below.*****The period of performance will be for a Base Period from date of award through one (1) year thereafter, plus three (3) Option Periods of one (1) year each. The Government is not obligated to exercise any option periods.*****All interested, responsible, small business concerns may submit a quotation, which will be considered by the Government. The solicitation, any subsequent amendments thereto, and all questions and answers related to this procurement will be made available for Contractor access, via the Internet, at http://www.fedbizopps.gov . The solicitation number is: SB1341-04-Q-0289. The Government anticipates releasing the solicitation for vendor access on or about March 5, 2004. Potential small businesses are responsible for accessing the web site and must respond to the solicitation in order to be considered for award of any resultant purchase order.*****There is no written (hard copy) solicitation document available, telephone requests will not be honored, and no bidders list will be maintained.***** Interested business concerns are requested to direct all questions, via email, to Tamara Grinspon, tamara.grinspon@nist.gov .*****See Numbered Notes 1 and 26.*****
